Elite level Apple Notes usage that will rewire your brain and make you the genius in every room that you step in. The biggest podcaster on the planet admitted that he was losing at least 70 to 80 percent of his ideas every single day. Not because he wasn't having them, but because his best thinking happened while he was moving. And by the time he got to a keyboard, the idea was already gone. In his words, I'm paraphrasing, the problem was never that I wasn't having the ideas, it was that I had no where to capture them. Point number one, you're going to capture with your voice, not your thumbs. Open Apple Notes, hit the microphone on your keyboard, and you're going to just talk. And it's automatically going to be saved. And you didn't have to stop. Point number two, you're going to make it one tap from the lock screen. Hold down on the screen, hit customize, and in the very bottom, you should see an option to add two quick action buttons. One can be your quick note. Tap search for notes, and then add quick notes. And there you go. Point number three, you're going to trust ugly. To Steven's point, the idea is worth more than the wording. So you just get it down. It can be totally messy, and you're going to come back and clean it up later. A rough idea wrote down is worth a whole lot more than a perfect one that you never got a chance to say. And you lose yours the same way. In the car, in the shower, on a walk, build the system and catch them. Because your effort adds value.
