I feel like this place is the Erewhon of Charlotte. This is my first time trying South Block. It is a new smoothie place that opened up in Plaza Midwood, and there is another one coming in South End. I actually think there is one in the Bowl too. But I am trying their birthday cake smoothie. It has banana, granola, protein, blue coconut foam, and of course, sprinkles on top. This is my midday treat. I am a sucker for a good smoothie, especially in this heat. Let's give her a test. Oh my god, that is so good. What do they put in here? It is so creamy. It is honestly the best smoothie I have had in Charlotte. 10 out of 10. I have also tried Erewhon in LA a few times. This is half of the price, and dare I say, even better, because I feel like sometimes Erewhon is like not even nutritious. This has really good ingredients, and I just feel like the sprinkles make it so fun. I love everything birthday cake. It genuinely does taste like birthday cake. It is so good.
