This Louisville pizza spot ranked in the top 50 pizzas in the entire United States! (#28 to be exact 🏆) 📍 @Coals Artisan Pizza   They have 2 locations, one in Middletown and the one we went to is their St. Matthews (hello patio!! 😍)   Their dough is made in house, with a 48 hour cold fermentation then fired in the hot coal oven that can get up to 900 degrees. 🤯🔥They also source ingredients locally when possible. 🌱   We were very impressed by this pizza and would say it’s a well deserved accolade. 🏆☺️ #coalsartisanpizza #louisvillefood #louisvillerestaurants #pizza
