How many of y'all are still buying these creamers from Aldi? Did you know that these creamers have additives, preservatives, fillers, all those things inside of them? Not to mention, it has soybean and it has palm oil. These are seed oils. Even the zero sugar, as you can see, listed that they have a carrageenan in them. They are listing it and just about every creamer about the caramel flavor. The cinnamon roll flavor. Now, even though it only has five ingredients listed, it still has natural flavors, which is not a real vanilla flavor. The caramel flavor has natural flavors in it. It tells you on the front, but then it also lists on the back the carrageenan. It has soybean oil, and less than 2% of maltodextrin, micellar casein, mono and diglycerides, natural flavor, carrageenan, sucralose, acesulfame potassium. These are all things that are going to cause inflammation, gut health. And I know how much you guys love your sweet cream creamers, but I've been teaching you guys about this. It tells you on the front that it has artificial flavors. These are not the type of ingredients that you want to be putting in your system. Now, the Coffee Mate Zero Sugar. It always, or I'll always make sure you guys to always make sure you read the back of the food label. Looking at the ingredients. Many of these ingredients, you can barely pronounce or understand. What these ingredients mean. Most of the ingredients listed on the back or things that you can barely pronounce or understand. So, yeah guys, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but these creamers that you're purchasing out of Aldi or full of natural flavors, oils, seed oils, and they may have zero sugar, but the food ingredient list does not lie.
