Not every part of vanlife is beautiful sunsets and perfect park-ups. One thing we don’t often show is the heartbreaking reality we sometimes come across when travelling. We understand that animal welfare standards and cultural attitudes towards animals can be very different from country to country, and we’re not here to judge an entire place based on one experience. But this genuinely broke our hearts. Whenever we come across an animal that looks like it needs help, we’ll always do what we can. Whether that’s leaving fresh water, food, or contacting someone who may be able to help, we believe that every small act of kindness matters.
