If US investment banking recruiting isn't working out for you, you should be applying in London. There's a later timeline, it's way more rolling and it's nowhere near as networking the US. When I was back in college, I was applying to London and Dubai roles just for fun. You toss in a resume if your stats actually make sense because, and it's rolling, applying actually does something for you. That's not true of most of the US processes.
