Every week I'm gonna choose the most trending question that I notice on all my videos and what I'm noticing in the past few days is everyone wants to know about certifications. The ones that I think that you should focus on would be the SHRM or the PHR. SHRM has a couple different ones and so does PHR. The SHRM-CP is going to be best for overall HR professionals if you're a generalist, a business partner or HR manager, that's probably the one that you should be focusing on. The second one is going to be the PHR. This is best for U.S. HR compliance and employment law. Sorry y'all, it's early in the morning. And the PHR is highly respected for corporate HR. The third one I'm gonna say is the SHRM-SCP. That's for experienced HR leaders and senior management. The fourth one is the SPHR. That's for people with no HR experience. The aPHR. That is for people with no HR experience. The SPHR is for strategic HR and executive leadership. The last one I'm gonna say is for perfect for students and recent graduates and career changers that have no HR experience. The aPHR. That is for people with no HR experience. Hope this helps.
