When people falsely accuse you, you're brought out to the public square. And people want to throw stones. And how does Kathryn Krick handle those difficult times? Those difficult moments when you have the right to defend yourself. I knew that God was calling me to wait on him, rest in him, and allow him to fight the battle for me. You don't expect your family in Christ to do things as evil as like make up lies, you know? You don't expect that. The enemy was trying to get me to bring focus to his accusations. Yeah. It was false accusations. Oh, jealousy. I knew God was speaking to me to stay focused. This work that God has called me to do is so important. You have to be pure-hearted. You can't be thinking in your mind, I can't believe this person did this to me and have grudges. Have that in your heart to do the work of God. You can't play games with the devil. You have to be all in for Jesus, your heart. And so I knew that was a scheme of the enemy was to take purity out of me by having offense, by blocking God's hand of defending me and taking things into my own hands to correct. Through pride. For the most part, we are not called to really be defending ourselves. Much of the time the spirit behind defending oneself is pride. Very true. How dare people think these things about me? This isn't fair. Some unfair parts of our walk because Jesus was hated without cause. Says in the scripture, a servant isn't greater than his master. So when we're hated, we're not supposed to throw a hissy fit. You're not Jesus is not greater than us. Hated. Be hated. Exactly. Not just hated, hated without cause. We are supposed to say I am blessed that I am persecuted. One of the reasons because it's a sign that the devil is angry at what we're doing for Jesus. That we're advancing the kingdom of God. Souls are being saved, healed and delivered as God moves through us. Hallelujah. So if you're not seeing that heat as a servant of God, you're not a threat. One of the reasons we're blessed is because it's like Hallelujah. I'm doing for God that I've got a target on my back. You have a target on my back. No weapon formed against me can prosper. But the devil's going to try. You are enraged. God is working. Souls are being saved, healed and delivered as God moves through us. Hallelujah.
