Aly looked me right in the eyes, hit “give me”… then “puppy.” 🥹 I tried explaining that Mama can’t just give her a puppy, so she asked for one tomorrow. When I told her we weren’t bringing a puppy home tomorrow, I promised we’d go find puppy friends at the park instead. Then she hit “where”… “no”… and let out the sweetest little whimper. 😭💔 These conversations amaze me every single day. Whether she truly understands every part of our conversation or not, the way she communicates, asks questions, and responds continues to leave me speechless.
