Why it worked
The video uses a common "don't show this to X" format combined with a visually appealing reveal of a galaxy projector, tapping into curiosity and aesthetic appeal.
Summary
The video shows a hand holding a white bag that is illuminated from within. The bag is then emptied onto a bed, revealing many small black and blue circular and square objects. The hand picks up one of these objects, which appears to be a small button or token. The scene then shifts to a device plugged into a wall outlet, which projects stars and a moon onto the ceiling, creating a galaxy effect. The video ends with a shot of the projected galaxy.
