Life is a wild thing…I gained such a loving, caring and hilarious community after one of my biggest good byes. I started posting my get ready with me videos to force myself to get out of bed and form a routine in the midst of the sadness and heartache. I was worried I would fall into a hole and not get out if I let myself “just be.” So I recorded. J cried. My chest felt so tight and it hurt but I kept going. Another morning, another video. Like clockwork. And along this sad lonely journey I met all of you….Thank you to everyone who understood and saw my grief and sadness and said such encouraging words. Thank you to those who shared your own heartache with me. Please know that I’m here because of all of you. From the love and care you all poured into me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 💛 #healing #HealingJourney #healingtiktok #encouragement #grateful
