my honest thoughts about switching from English style to continental style knitting 💭 I’ve been struggling with wrist pain the last few weeks and after doing some research I found out that continental style knitting is softer / less harsh on your wrists especially during long continuous knitting sessions (which is my job) 🥹 So last night I decided to bite the bullet and teach myself (with YouTube videos ofc) and PRACTICE BY DOING! And WOW it was hard, uncomfortable and awkward at first… I almost gave up 😭 my tension was all over the place but it didn’t stop me from just trusting the process and practicing. It doesn’t have to look or feel perfect at first! 💛 that’s what learning is all about 🤭🥰 Anyways, just wanted to share this honest video with you guys🥹if you’re also going through this switch you’re not alone and it’s SO fine to just do YOU! And for all the pro continental style knitters out there PLEASE drop your tips & tricks in the comments for us all 🩵💙 #knitting #knit #knittingtiktok #knitter #knittinglove
