Twenty-something years ago… I was living in a little shed behind a mobile home. Making about $30,000 a year working a regular J-O-B. To be honest… I never thought I’d become a millionaire. That wasn’t even my dream. My dream was much smaller. I remember thinking… “Man… if I could just make $10,000 a month…” I’d feel like I finally made it. What I did know… Was that I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life working a job. I wanted more freedom. More time. More control over my life. So around 27 years old, I took the biggest leap of faith of my life. I jumped into real estate. I had no experience. No connections. No roadmap. I just knew one thing… Real estate had created more millionaires than almost any other industry. So I bet on myself. The first six months? They were brutal. I struggled. I questioned myself. I remember thinking… “Did I just make the biggest mistake of my life?” Then I found a mentor. I learned the business. I discovered wholesaling. At first… I did everything myself. Answered every seller call. Ran every comp. Negotiated every deal. Followed up with every lead. I wasn’t building a business… I was building myself another job. As the business grew… I started hiring VAs. That helped… But then I found myself with another problem. Hiring. Training. Managing. Dealing with turnover. I went from working in my business… To managing people. Then AI changed everything. Today… I’ve replaced most of the repetitive work in my wholesaling business with AI. My overhead dropped from around $15,000 a month to about $1,500 a month. And the craziest part… The business keeps moving… Even when I’m not working. If you would’ve told that 27-year-old kid living behind a mobile home… That one day he’d have AI helping run his business… I would’ve laughed. The lesson isn’t that I became a millionaire. The lesson is that one decision changed the direction of my life. Your life can completely change… If you’re willing to bet on yourself. You don’t have to know exactly how everything is going to work out. You just have to be willing to take the first step. Because sometimes… The life you’re dreaming about is waiting on the other side of one decision.
