Years are to recreate this effect made by DURO on CapCut Make sure to have two different clips. Select the standing pose and click overlay. Make sure your overlay is selected. Scroll to the end and click on mask. Select the rectangle mask and adjust it to fit the model. Click the adjust button on the rectangle. Position, zoom. Adjust the position of the overlay to the corner of the frame. Once you're satisfied, you're good to go.
