I think that people who are not plus sized have absolutely no idea how prevalent fat phobia is. It’s so normal for everyone to talk about restricting their food because they ate an extra dessert. Or people to talk about how they need to exercise their body more because they let themselves have a treat. So many people will talk so openly about how they gained 5 pounds and they’re so fat and they need to lose so much weight. So many thin people will joke about the little bit of fat on their stomach or legs or arms and call themselves a fat person. If you’re not genuinely plus sized, please don’t go around saying that because it’s very rude. If society was more accepting of plus size bodies, I would deal with so much less discrimination ##plussize##women##lesbian##femenist##fatphobia
