The meat is all done. I'm gonna let it cool down for a little bit while we get the dough ready. I'm gonna give you a quick dough stretching lesson. Listen up. Gravity do the work. I try not to rip it, but that happens sometimes and that's okay. I have my dough ready. I'm gonna put some sauce on it. I have my cheese. I have my chicken. I'm gonna fold it over. I'm gonna give it an egg wash. She's already for the oven. Okay, honestly, update the house is very smoky. I don't know if oil drip in the oven or what. I have my bag door open. Actually, I'm gonna show you. See, I have the door open over there because it's super smoky. So we want to get some of that smoke out. Yeah. Here she is. All done. I'm gonna let it rest before I cut into it.
