What is going on?!! I have never seen a potato plant do this before. I have had to double and triple check that this is coming off of my potato plant. It absolutely is. What is this? I think my potato plant is bolting and I have never, ever seen that on a potato plant and I have never seen that on a potato plant before. What on earth is happening? These are my main crop potatoes and this is definitely coming off of it. It must have bolted, right? Some of my other potato plants look like they are about to do the same thing, throwing up that long stem, but they haven't quite produced any flowers, but what is going on? If this has ever happened to your potato plants, please let me know what I do next. What happens? What happens to the plant? Should I pull it out? Should I cut it off? I've just never seen this on a potato plant before. It's so strange.
