you don't got to prove you don't got your approval email but the only downfall is the property management it's one of you to pay first month's rent and this society that is a lot but don't fret your girl got you one second there's this third-party company it's called Jetty deposit here it is right here they actually work with if not all some property management companies to help us make our move a little bit easier I opted in to this company for my upcoming move and I pay $69 a month for them to cover my entire moving costs the options that they have is either $1000, $1500 or I think the max is 3k that's the most that they will pay for your moving costs but I think it's very feasible like I feel like I'd rather pay $69 a month versus whatever it is the first month rent or whatever it is upfront so I highly recommend before you apply for Jetty bond and pay anything is to ask your extra property management do they have this option for your moving costs if so get it once you're approved they will send you the security bond that you will give to your property management and that's it that's all you good to go moving and be okay
