Who do you want to be by the end of this, who do you want to become? Day 4. What commitment feels the most challenging right now and what makes it hard? Day 5. Write your full commitment down as a promise to yourself. What does it say? Day 6. What would your life look like six months from now if you actually kept this commitment? Day 7. What qualities does the version of you who kept this commitment have that you’re still growing into? Day 8. Which quality have you had to actively practice this week and where did you feel it? Day 9.
