Taking my extensions out to see if I'm bald or not

I got extensions back in April and I'm taking them out right now. And my biggest thing with getting weft extensions is I'm so worried it's gonna damage my natural hair. Luckily I haven't had them in too long, like it hasn't been years. But we're gonna take them out, see how it is. I'll try and put a photo of like the most accurate that my hair was before the extensions. So for reference, this was April of this year. And then this is my hair what it looks like now after I took them out. It's actually not that bad. I feel like I definitely lost a little bit of volume, but the length actually retained pretty well. It does feel thin right now, but granted I just had like 8 pounds of hair in. So, yeah, for reference, this is before I got them put in. This was April of this year.
