Hook
Okay, as you guys know, I am blind in one of my eyes and although it doesn't affect me every day, there are some things that I cannot do because of it. So I'm gonna list some of the random things that you probably wouldn't think affects me, but it does. Starting first, I cannot see my right armpit. If I am to shave, I mostly just blind shave. But if I wanted to see what I was doing, I would have to pull my armpit and turn my head completely so I can kind of see what I'm doing. That is one thing that I didn't actually notice until I looked in the mirror sometimes and realized all the hair that I was missing and I was like, oh, I actually can't see my armpit. Next one, if I lay across from someone or if I'm on my phone like laying down on my bed, I have to lay with my right eye down so that my left eye is up. If I was to lay this way and my right eye was looking up, I would either wouldn't be able to see my phone or see the person talking to me because the pillow would be covering my vision. So I can only lay on the other side. The last one is when I'm outside, this eye cannot shut. It is always shut like this, no matter what I'm doing. If the sun is out, my eye will be like this outside. I cannot open. It's annoying when I'm trying to take Instagram photos outside and all of my photos are like this. But it's just normal for me to be like this and I'm pretty sure I have a lowered eyebrow on this side because I'm always like this. Also why I'm always wearing sunnies on my head because I need to cover my eye sometimes when I'm walking around like this. So those are the three random things you probably wouldn't have guessed I couldn't do because of my eye, but yeah.
