Let's go to the first ever Amorino in Scotland, Edinburgh. The famous Amorino, which is very well known for their gelato roses, has recently opened a branch in the heart of Edinburgh, bringing their natural gelato to their first ever shop in Scotland. I've been to many Amorinos across Europe. And so I recently visited the shop in Edinburgh to get myself a fully customized gelato rose. That's right. You can choose a flavour for each petal. Somehow also when I visited, I got pulled to the back of the gelato area to learn how to make a gelato rose myself. I got a quick crash course of how to attach the petals, and then was basically thrown into the deep end to make my own gelato rose. It was definitely not an easy task, but I somehow managed to make myself a cone. And you know what? It turned out pretty alright. I made myself a mango, strawberry and chocolate gelato rose and really enjoyed it, especially since it's so humid in Scotland recently.
