The Dream Team pizza Melt Pizza in downtown Stillwater, MN. 🤯 This pie comes STACKED — pepperoni, fresh basil, hot honey and huge dollops of ricotta cheese all piled on a perfectly crispy and airy Detroit-style crust that hits that perfect balance: crispy on the bottom, lightly chewy and airy in the middle. The red sauce on top has an amazing vibrancy and freshness that cut through all that cheese, and yes, the cheese pull is everything you’re hoping for. One of the highlights are the fresh herbs they sprinkle in each slice of pepperoni. It leads to an incredible pop of flavor. If you haven’t tried Melt Pizza, it should be high on your list.
