I think this is good to track your vitals, even your readiness because even if you're not working, you could still have a lot of stress and strain on your body, whether traveling, being on the go and not getting a ton of sleep. I think this is for anybody, especially at the price tag of $99 without a subscription needed. My experience has been quite lovely because I was missing that vital data from my sleep score and getting a real readiness based on my cardio load and my sleep, which gave me a better idea of my recovery was. My real issue is that it doesn't have a fast auto start and pause. So I can't utilize the running data. Then the felt or actually performance loop, I think this is like a felt material. It stinks after two months of usage and that's consistent amongst wearables. This
