Last week I wasn't even at 1700 followers and I was lucky if my video got 300 views. So I know exactly how you feel. I mean, it can be super, super discouraging. I've been posting since January. I really decided this year to go all in on TikTok because truthfully, it was fun for me. It was something for me to do outside of motherhood. It was something just for myself. And I don't know why, deep down, I always felt like, how fun would it be to be an influencer and have a following? And I was really feeling like, um, like I would be able to show up here, um, for myself and truthfully, to see those numbers not go up month after month, my engagement was so low. Some days that I was questioning why I was even posting. Because, um, but then I just thought to myself, I'm doing this for me and the right people will find me and that's exactly what I'm gonna keep posting. TikTok, the thing with TikTok and social media is that you have to do it for fun. You know, I think the more pressure you put on yourself, the harder that it is to show up here. I really want to try and share everything that I'm learning along the way because truthfully, I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm learning as I go. Um, I am looking for help here on TikTok, there's so many great pages that give advice. Um, but right now I'm kind of in a stage of like, what do I do next? What do I post next? I would definitely would love some brand deals. To monetize this. How? That truthfully, I think that really blowing up on this app is just pure luck. It's just luck. So just keep going because you never know when your lucky day is.
