How to actually clean your room with ADHD or depression in the most unhinged way possible. Because today we are going to be filming our very own clean with me video. So go get your camera and embrace your inner influencer. In the background play a video that you like and also grab a treat, but do not touch this. But put it somewhere you can see it because this is going to be our reward for cleaning. And from there, just start filming yourself. From the ice cream to filming yourself cleaning, you have multiple things in place to hold you accountable. And the video playing in the background gives you the extra boost of stimulation while embracing your inner influencer. Play into it and if you want, even post the videos since it'll hold you accountable. Now, I think I'm going to make this a series. So follow for part three.
