Church Hunting In Grand Prairie Texas Today is the beginning of week one of church hunting in Grand Prairie Texas with my husband. Today we tried out the Gateway Church in Grand Prairie and we're usually used to the size of a church this big. Not a mega church, but it's pretty big. I really like the worship, but I'm gonna be honest, I don't know how I feel about the theology here. They have the main idea of that Jesus wants a relationship with you down. And I'm very aware this is only my first time here. As we were reading chapters in the Bible, we just kept switching versions of the Bible. It was kind of confusing for me. It honestly felt very motivational and not spirit led. Also, my pastor was online, which I was really looking forward to meeting the pastor and shaking his hand, getting to know him a little bit. But overall, it seems like a great church. There was a sense of community. My husband and I just don't think God is calling us here.
