GRWM For Church

GRWM for church! Being a girl Mom, I take what my daughters wear very seriously. GRWM for church! I'll tell you all about it. I thrifted this dress for my daughter Jordan and when she first put it on this morning she was thinking it was giving a little old lady vibes. Obviously, I disagreed with her because I wouldn't have bought it for her in the first place if I didn't like it. We took it to TikTok for an opinion and boy did we get an opinion. I do just want to be clear, I did not force Jordan to wear this dress. By the time we were done getting ready, she decided that she did want to wear it to church and get her friends' opinion on it. Because you know at this age, your friends' opinion matters more than your mom's opinion. And just for the record, I will say it again. I did not force Jordan to wear this dress. A lot of people are really up in arms thinking that I forced her to wear something that she felt uncomfortable in. It was her choice. So, as an update, I will tell you that her friends did think it was a little old lady. So we will be donating it back to the thrift store by the end of the day. So please, please just know as a mother of four daughters, I will never force my children to wear something that they feel completely uncomfortable in. I take that very seriously as a mother of four daughters. So I promise you, we just took it to TikTok as a fun little experiment to see what people would see.
