I WOULD DO IT ALL AGAIN WITH YOU

Again and again and again. The fights, the distance, the hardships, the learning, the struggle, the emotional turmoil, the beautiful nights of long conversation, the holding eachother at our worst, the celebrating all of our victories, the changing of who we are… all of it. Again and again. This life is filled with the most obvious reality: even the people we love the deepest, in the most profound way humanly possible, well we still struggle. And imagine how we are with strangers! Struggle and hardship a part of it, people idealise this perfect concept of love but don’t understand that it’s imperfect being a person. And when two imperfect people meet, and they always do, this grand idea of love can feel daunting. But love is not a mountain to be conquered. We are rocks in an ocean of love being ever eroded by an ocean that constantly ebbs and flows, and we’re there for a reason. You’re here for a reason. And so am I. And I’d do it again and again.
