One difference I have noticed between lazy people and hardworking people is how they judge effort. The lazy person does very little and expects big results. Every small effort feels like it should be rewarded. The hardworking person often thinks the opposite. They put in the hours, practise their craft, learn, refine, improve, and still wonder if they could be doing more. That difference matters. Success is rarely produced by intensity alone. It is built through discipline, consistency, repetition, feedback, and continuous improvement. Most people overestimate what one week of effort can achieve and underestimate what one year of disciplined work can produce. The winners are not always the most talented. They are usually the ones who keep showing up long after everyone else has stopped. #Discipline #Success #SelfMastery #Psychology #SaleleDanfulaniAcademy
