Transcript

If you can't move your hips like this and you feel too stiff for it, then let me help you out. So the first thing you have to do is to loosen up your hips and for that we're going to do big hip circles. So stand wide apart with your legs and just do a big hip circles both ways for about 30 to 40 seconds. After that, I want you to try out this move. So go down in a slight squat and then bend your knees and then you're going to move your hips to the side and to the side. Focus on all the hip like one, two, one, two, and the upper body just stays at this place. Did this help? Comment down. I hope this helps. Follow me for more.
