Actually unreal 🤤 CHICKEN ALFREDO STUFFED SHELLS (makes 12 shells) - 1 chicken breast - 1 block low fat cream cheese - shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 tsp Italian seasoning - 2 tsp garlic powder - salt & pepper - spinach - 12 jumbo shells - alfredo sauce (Im using @SAUZ) bc lazy Preheat oven to 375°F Cut chicken into small cubes and season with oil, salt, pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp Italian seasoning Cook chicken in pan and set aside to cool Bring pasta water to a boil and drop in 12 jumbo shells In a large bowl, mix together chicken, cream cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1 tsp garlic powder, chopped spinach Add filling to each shell and place in a baking dish with a light coat of alfredo sauce on the bottom Top with more sauce and cheese and bake in oven for 5-10 mins until cheese is melted #cooking #dinner #Recipe #DinnerIdeas
