I asked the owner one simple question has anyone ever agreed to groom him her answer broke my heart every groomer said no this 7 year old little dog wasn't born aggressive he became aggressive because every time someone tried to cut the painful mats with scissors it hurt he even bit family members who were only trying to help him eventually every grooming salon refused to take him the owner thought there was no hope until they found our videos when I saw him for the first time his entire body was wrapped in mats his tail his neck even his face the fur had become a second skin there was only one safe way to help him the veterinarian carefully placed him under anesthesia so he wouldn't have to experience any more fear or pain as I started shaving away the first layers of matted fur I realized just how trapped this little dog had been but the hardest part was still waiting under his neck part 2 is where everything changes
