I'm going to address the allegations now and show you why they are wrong. This is the main image that people are using as proof that I'm a "predator". But if you look closely at my username, you'll see that the verification mark is off-center. Here's what it should look like if you DM me. And if you don't believe me, just try to DM me for yourself. This whole thing started when a few people posted accusations that I was "grooming" a fan named Maiz. This is that fan, Maiz, saying that the screenshots were faked and it never happened. You could also go to Maiz's public story and see their side for yourself. But then people said, "Oh, you could be forcing her to say that or that I deleted the DMs." So I have downloaded my data on TikTok to show you that no DMs ever happened between us. Keep in mind, this is every single DM. So yes, some fans have DM me about Maiz. But no DMs between Maiz and I ever happened. Now that we've established people are faking screenshots, it's important you know we have sent out cease and desists. And the people who are making these videos have stopped making them 'cause they know if this would go to court, they would lose. Truth matters, and we are gonna hold people accountable for the spread of misinformation. Another issue people often bring up is the band's Discord. Keep in mind there's 24,000 members in it, which is actually awesome because the goal was to create a safe space for people who have access to a bunch of mental health resources. Anyone over 13 can join Discord per Discord's terms of service. Just about every band I know has a Discord. This is very common. However, I have not messaged any members of our Discord besides moderators for our server. So the story: last year, there was a fan page that was making content about my band that was blowing us up. This fan was named Maiz. That's the Maiz everyone's talking about. Anytime I'd see one of these posts doing well, I would repost it. The same time, I had some former mods who took it upon themselves to also make fan content that wasn't performing as well, getting as many views, and quite frankly wasn't on my feed. These mods were upset because I was reposting Maiz's content and not theirs. Those mods started saying that it was a little weird. I was giving that fan too much attention compared to others. Again, the attention in this case was me reposting videos of my band that were doing well. Tried to make it seem like I did something weird. All I was doing was publicly reposting videos of my band. So then my management gets involved, gets on a voice chat with the moderators, and tells them that they need to let Maiz back into the server that she was kicked from. Tensions were high between mods and management, and all the mods decided to quit at once. These mods teamed up with one other person to try and expose me with these fake allegations. The moderators wanted to remain anonymous, so they chose other content creators to talk about this on TikTok. But come on guys, I think I've addressed everything. I've probably missed something 'cause people are gonna just always make up things. And if I try to always address everything, I'm never gonna get it all. The one good thing about this... is the insane amount of love and support from all of my fans, other people in the industry, other bands... It's honestly proven to me that despite how big this "Controversy" feels... It's the vocal minority... So I wanna finish this with thank you to the fans and people who continue to spread the truth. We are winning and we're gonna continue winning because this is the truth.
