grwm to say goodbye to my bestfriend for 18 months I actually never thought this day would come. Ever since she got her mission call, I have just been dreading saying goodbye to her. She leaves two months before me, so technically I won't see her for 20 months because she's leaving two months before me, and then I leave on my 18 month mission. So 20 months. But I cannot be more excited for her. She's gonna be the best missionary. She was called to serve in the Philippines speaking to Gaelic, which is crazy. I didn't even know that was a language until she found out she was speaking it. But she's already improved so much on the language. It's definitely not an easy one to learn, but I know that she's gonna master it. Me and Emry, that's my friend, met on our humanitarian trip in Colombia and have genuinely just been inseparable since. And I'm just gonna miss her so much. I feel like people who live outside of Utah don't know a lot about LDS Missions. Basically, I will be able to talk to her every P day, which is usually on Mondays for missionaries. She'll communicate via email or Facebook Messenger. I will not be able to go see her, which some people can't fathom, but I guess I kinda just grew up with everyone around me going on missions that it doesn't seem so crazy. I know that it's so rewarding. And I just am so happy for my friend Emery. It's such A bittersweet feeling.
