Why it worked

The humor in the video comes from the unexpected question asked by the creator, who appears to be an athlete, in a setting that is not typically associated with such inquiries. The relatable situation of being lost and asking for directions, combined with the creator's persona, likely resonated with viewers.

Summary

A young man wearing athletic wear with a hood up is on a running track at night. He asks for directions to the bathroom, stating it's his first time at the facility and he doesn't know where it is. He then asks the viewers if they know where the bathroom is.

Structure

1Man on track asks for bathroom directions
2States it's his first time at the facility
3Offers to help find the bathroom
4Asks viewers if they know where it is

Product placement

Nike Pro (appears) - This is a brand of athletic apparel. Removing it would not change what happens in the video.
