It took me 8 years to build an 8 weeks to lose almost everything… In 2020 when Covid hit it nearly ruined my agency. We lost 80% of our clients and 80% of our staff overnight. Over the next few months I spent every minute posting, pitching and DMing every client to show them how they could come out of this stronger. And it worked… after nearly three months of lock downs we bounced back stronger and more profitable than ever.
