Trump just told you to buy magnets. Here’s why and how you can get exposure. This is NOT financial advice and always do your own research before making any financial decisions. #magnets #aistocks #investing #stocks #robotics Magnets. Do magnets. I'll tell you how to make money. Do magnets. Okay, I'll tell you how to make money. Do magnets. Donald Trump is telling you which stocks to buy next. Last time it was Intel and Dell. Intel was up 190% since the government took a stake and Dell was tripled since it was mentioned back in February. This time he's pointing to magnets. That's because magnets are used in electric motors, energy grids and actuators, which are for the muscles for robots. Tesla's Optimus uses 50 actuators in the hands alone. Optimus is scheduled production begin production later this year and all of its robotics is the same. The same bottleneck builder is scaling into the same bottleneck. China produces 60% of all rare earth metals. Creates 90%+ of global magnet supply. 60% of the world's rare earth metals and produces over 90% of the magnets. They basically control a monopoly and have used this as a bargaining chip in the past. Last year, US demand for rare earth metals was approximately ~48,000 TONS. The domestic supply was just 300 TONS. So here are two stocks that you should be watching. First is MP Materials, the largest rare earth producer in the Western Hemisphere. They own Mountain Pass, which is the only rare earth mine of scale in North America. They produced their first commercial magnets in December and their magnet sector grew from 0 to 21 million in revenue last quarter. The Department of Defense is their largest shareholder. Second is Neo Performance Materials, a Canadian company with a market cap around 1.8 billion. Their magnet division grew 20% (volume) and did 204 million in revenue last year on 20% volume growth. They've raised their full year EBITDA guidance three times from $75 million to $150 million. As always, this is not financial advice and do your own research for making any financial decisions. These are speculative plays and long-term bets on the robotic sector. Follow for more.
