How to get the closest shave (Beard to Goatee) It felt like it was time to make a change, so I'm deciding to shave the beard off. But I'm using the OneBlade, of course, to get the hairs down to a zero to start. Off. This is the best way to get the foundation for a really good close shave because when it gets this long, you don't want to be going straight in with a razor. This is the best thing to do. Thanks for watching. I will not be keeping the stone cold Steve Austin. We're lining this up. The chin area right now, straight line under the chin. Now I can start building the goatee. I'm not gonna make the same mistake as last time. We're gonna line this up with a razor instead of the trimmer because it is just too easy to mess it up way too easily. Because we're about to put a blade to our skin, take your cleanser and use warm water. The warm water with this cleanser helps the hair to feel softer to shave and then the single blade razor to go line this thing up. This is one of the best investments you can make. Line this up in the same corner of my lip. Take the mustache down, make it smaller. And that's easy. Now I'm gonna use the straight razor to shave the rest of my face to get it as close to skin as possible. Slap on some shaving cream and then you're going super light on your hand, just glide the blade over your skin and it will cut. The razor is super sharp. If you use a fresh one, which I did, it will just cut through everything. It is so easy and it will not irritate your skin. We are nearly done. I just rinse my face off with cold water for after the shave. And then I just like to dab my skin with a little bit of glycolic acid. It actually helps the hair grow back straight. So finally, just put on a little bit of moisturizer. There we go. Let me know which one do you prefer?
