Best restaurants in Madison, Wi As someone who values QUALITY food Sardine French and American cuisine (they also have a great brunch) One of my top favorites in this city (dare I say #1) Fabulous steak frites Osteria Papavero Their ragu is phenomenal! Doesn't leave you feeling heavy for a pasta dish (also their bread is AMAZING) Union Corner's Tavern The seasoning on their fries! The best sandwiches, burgers, soup, you name it Also such a fun, light ambiance Fairchild Truly the freshest of ingredients, love the cozy/ chic atmosphere and their wine recommendations Mint Mark This is a controversial one, their small plates are wonderful if you'd like to try a lot of different dishes also, their desserts are out of this world Their outdoor patio is perfect in the summer, new rooftop bar too! Casetta The best sandwiches!! posting a picture of their pasta fagioli soup because it doesn't get enough credit, one of my favorite soups in the city! Please Leave all of your soup recommendations!! Grampas Pizza I'm going to be honest, I am a pizza snob and there still isn't a fabulous pizza place in the city, if I had to choose though it would be this one!!
