THIS IS DAY TWO OF ME

This is day two of me asking my two teenage kids to do something with me. Yesterday I got two no's. So I've got girl 18, boy 15. And the purpose of this is because I feel like I need to get out more instead of work, clean, cooking, repeat. And in the process, spend some time with my lovely children. So let's go to the boy first, 'cause he's downstairs. Somebody come on a walk with me please. Watch the sunset. You said no yesterday. Can you not come on a walk with me? We need to make the most of this last day. Pay me. I'm not paying you to come on a walk with me, you know. That was my first no. Now I'll go and ask the daughter. Lily? Yeah? Do you wanna come on a walk with me? Watch the sunset? Sorry, what? So I've got a yes. You know that. I said, you know, I've not been very well. Alright. She has not been very well, but a walk will do some fresh air and. Can I hear the Hoover downstairs? Is that my son hoovering? Are you ready? So. Son? Have you just been hoovering? Is that your consolation? Is that your consolation for not coming? Thank you. There's upstairs as well. Don't clap me on me. No. That's just. Don't manipulate me. Don't gaslight me. That's the one. He's gaslighting you. Practically begged me to do it for about five. Yeah, 'cause you have to do your job. So. That's called gaslighting. But there's upstairs still. So I've got one child out on a walk with me tonight. Yay! I got. Yay! I got a yes after day 2. Fresh air for. Maybe I'll get the son to say yes one day.
