The cutest & easiest apple pies you’ll make this season!🍎🍏 **Mini pie makers are linked in my bio (click the image to shop)! ✨Mini Apple Pies✨ -refrigerated pie crusts -1 can apple pie filling -1 egg (& splash of water) for egg wash -1/4 cup sugar -1 tsp cinnamon Unroll pie crust & push the back side of the pie molds into the crust. Pull out the now perfectly formed apple crusts. Turn the molds around & lay the apple crust without the holes on the inside of the apple mold. Pour your apple pie filling into a bowl. Since the apples are sliced long, I like to use a knife to cut them up into smaller pieces. Spoon some filling into your apple mold. Put a little bit of egg wash around the edges so the top crust will stick. Cover with the top apple crust (with the holes for venting) and fold the mold over to seal the edges. Place on greased cookie sheet & brush with egg wash. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top. Bake at 425° for 12 minutes.
