If I had to get my head transplant again, these are the things that I wish somebody would have told me. Number one, you're not just paying for the hair transplant. You have to pay for your flight, food, any entertainment while you're out there, comfort items, snacks, all of that stuff goes into the budget. Number two, I feel like I should have practiced sleeping before sitting up because by day two, I was in tears. If you can, buy the little recliner pillow, get a recliner chair to sit in for two weeks. Get that ready now. While you still think about it, get that ready now. Number three, people don't realize how much you look down at things until you get a hair transplant. Afterwards, you're not supposed to be looking down for anything. Not tying your shoes, looking at your phone, can cause your head to swell up. Keep your head up. Number four, you make sure that you bring button up shirts. Like, don't be like me and wear a jumpsuit thinking that you could just pull it on and off because you will have to use the bathroom in the middle of your surgery. Going on and off to the bathroom, uncomfortable. Zero out of 10, don't recommend. Button up shirts or zip ups. Bring those. Don't be like me and wear a jumpsuit. You're gonna regret it. Number five, I have shown y'all that the ugly phase is real. Think about what can you do to make yourself feel beautiful in other ways, whether that's do your makeup, wraps, glueless wigs, find something that makes you feel beautiful. Be prepared to look in the mirror and not necessarily love what you see. Just, of course, get there. No. Everyone has their opinions. Just make sure that you are doing this for you. So that way when people start talking, would that doesn't move you because again, you're doing this for you. Regardless of what they think is for you. Number seven, the recovery is more mental than physical. It's easy to look and see other people's growth, such as such hairs grown back in this amount of time and why haven't mine? Every person is different. You can't necessarily rush the process. Unfortunately, it's gonna push you mentally, but I'm telling you, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Just follow all the instructions. The doctor do. This is just part one. I have way more things that I would like to share, but I don't want to make this video too long. I hope this video was helpful and I will talk to you later. Bye.
