I was not going to try KPot and Rogers because I did not understand how it all works. And then my 13-year-old says, since when do we not do things just because we have questions about them? So we found ourselves at KPot this weekend. And I'm so glad that we did. It's all you can eat for two hours. You can choose between soup or barbecue or both. And we chose to have both. So we started with the soup. I got the dumplings, quail eggs and bok choy for my soup. And it was incredible by the way because I did not want noodles. So I was glad to see there was another option. And our waitress, Mimi, who was incredible by the way, let us try a few of the soup bases so we could figure out what we wanted since we never been there before. That spicy soup is good. Then we moved on to the Korean barbecue. We ordered a few options. This one was the brisket. And Mimi was so nice, she brought me a couple of sauces to try. But there's a whole sauce menu where you can customize your own sauces. But that chimichurri style one right there, oh my gosh, I think that was my favorite. I think I could have eaten that all day. All in all, I highly recommend that you try KPot and Rogers.
