We couldn’t give this 15-year-old boy the perfect haircut… and honestly, that didn’t matter anymore❤️ Our only goal was to make him more comfortable without putting his fragile body at unnecessary risk. With the veterinarian monitoring him, we carefully finished the most important parts of his groom his face, ears, paws and extremely long nails. Every piece of matted fur we removed was one less thing pulling on his tired old skin. When we finally finished, the veterinarian reversed the sedation and we waited for him to wake up safely. He didn’t need to look perfect. He just needed to feel better. And after everything he had been through, seeing him wake up safely was the only transformation that truly mattered. 🥺❤️ #doggrooming #satisfying #dogsoftiktok #doglover #usa
