Fixing My

I'm about to put a bunch of holes in a wall that I literally built at the beginning of this year. All because my pocket door keeps hitting something every time I close it, and it is driving me insane. It's my fault because I pushed the drywall screws in too far when I built it, not remembering that I had to be mindful of their depth so the door can fit inside. I eyeballed where I thought the screw was and used my multi-tool to make the tiniest little cutout and thankfully got it on the first try. So I loosened the screw, put the door back in, and it was still hitting something. There was one screw that was closer to the entrance that I had cut off before, but I thought maybe I didn't cut it enough, so I chopped that off completely and tried it again, and it still didn't do the job. I looked inside once again and found two more screws that were barely popping out, but maybe that was the issue. So I cut out two more tiny squares and loosened those screws. And then I tried the door one more time and it was still freaking hitting something. I wanted to give up at this point, but I had come so far. I thought maybe there was something snagging on the track, so I tightened everything up that I could reach, but that didn't do it either. I looked inside one more time before giving up and I found a screw at the very bottom that was sticking out, which posed an issue because I did not want to take my trim off the wall to get to the screw. And maybe this wasn't the right way to go about it, but this is the way that I went. I took those out and then... look at that! It worked! I was so happy, you have no idea. I now have a working pocket door and a bunch of holes that I have to patch up, but I'm not even sorry. There was the problem, child. I took them out and then... look at that! It worked!
