If you're on Long Island and looking for the perfect place to throw a party for your toddler, look no further. Madeline's Play Café in Glen Cove is the perfect place. It's a French-themed play café that is perfect for a little girl. We threw Penelope's Frozen-themed second birthday here and she truly had the time of her life. They handled everything from the decor to the entertainment. They have the cutest mini carousel there and everything that a kid could want from a play kitchen to a ball pit. We gave our guests some pizza and then some stories. Elsa even crowned Penelope princess for the day, which made her entire life. Then all the kids together for a little dance party. And it was time to sing happy birthday to the birthday girl and she blew out the candles and then she of course stuffed her face with cupcakes for the rest of the day.
