Structure
- 1Introduction to the DIY project
- 2Gathering materials
- 3Constructing the wooden frame
- 4Assembling the frame and adding wire support
- 5Planting the structure and training the plant
Product placement
Westland Gro-Sure All-Purpose Compost: acts - used to fill a plant pot for a climbing plant structure. Removing it would mean the structure would not be planted. J. Arthur Bowers Tub & Basket Compost: appears - bags of compost are visible in the background. Removing them would not change what happens in the video. Garden wire: acts - used to wrap around the wooden frame to provide support for the climbing plant. Removing it would mean the plant has less support. Star Jasmine: acts - a climbing plant that is planted and trained to grow on the structure. Removing it would mean there is no plant for the structure.

Original caption
MAKE A CLIMBING PLANT UMBRELLA WITH US! 🌿 We saw these gorgeous climbing plant umbrellas in the garden centre and loved them… but at the prices they were selling for, we decided to make our own! 😍 Using a large plant pot, wooden stake, a few pieces of timber, garden wire, compost and a climbing plant, we created our own climbing plant support — and we chose Star Jasmine to grow over it. 🌱 It’s going to take a little patience while the jasmine climbs its way up and over the frame, but we’re hoping it will eventually become a beautiful, flower-filled garden feature. Could this be a cheaper way to create your own climbing plant umbrella? #Gardening #GardeningTips #DIYGarden #ClimbingPlants #starjasmine
