Have you ever heard of someone having their baby shower AFTER having their baby? YUP! Well that happened to me! It's a CRAZY story 🤪 My water broke on April Fools Day (nope, it wasn't a joke.. although everyone thought it was). I gave birth on April 2nd, 2025 (at 35 weeks), my baby shower was on April 5th, 2025. I was initially due on my birthday (May 1st). Above everything else.. I DID NOT want to miss my baby shower. Every little smile you give us where it feels like gold I'm running circles in my mind Thinking about the way you changed my life You're the only story I want told No one who was attending the baby shower knew I already had given birth. I knew this was going to be a story for the books. 🤪 So I made it happen. 3 freaking days PP. Was I crazy? I just birthed a human! I love you so more than I could ever show I'll be the one you hold No matter where the seasons go I'll be the one you hold So at the beginning of my baby shower, I wore a coat to "hide" my non existing bump. And then revealed I already had the baby! It was one of the best days of my life! ❤️ And an amazing story I can share with my daughter one day!
