Cook WITH US

My wife is definitely responsible for my weight gain and I ain't gonna lie, I'm not mad at it. But honestly, I play a part too because every time I want something to eat or if I want her to get on the grill, she does it. And she likes me gaining weight so it definitely doesn't bother her. One thing I love about our relationship is that we don't stereotype each other. It's because she's masculine presenting one doesn't mean she has to be the one that has to lay back on the couch while I do all the cooking and cleaning all day. If one day she's like, babe, I do not feel like cooking today, then guess what? I'm gonna get in that kitchen and cook. And I know y'all always see me cleaning all the time, but sometimes she does do those dishes and wash those floors, okay? Every relationship and marriage is different, so what works for us, works for us and will work for y'all. I ain't gonna lie, I do prefer cleaning over cooking, so I do end up doing that more and my wife just rather cook. She doesn't really like cleaning anyway. Cleaning the house is so soothing to me. I love when my house is clean, it just makes me feel so good and my wife just rather cook. But I do love stepping in and joining my wife when she's cooking, just like how I made these good ass fried potatoes. And tomorrow she does have a 24-hour shift, so I'm gonna be in that kitchen.
